November 2020 Start Up

 Fell out of habit and went for a 30 minute walk on Sunday. I read this article about 15 minute jogs and think I'll try this and see how my body reacts. 

Diet hasn't been solid during last couple of weeks and I think I'll be back on it after this election stress is over. I appreciate my buddies who are working on keeping some positive accountability.

Thanks for sharing the 15-min jog info! I'll add that tomorrow and work my way back up to 45-min daily jog. Definitely clears the mind and I always feel re-energize afterward! Keep up the great work, Amigo!
