Pandemic Adaptations

So I haven't had a "real" workout in a couple of weeks. I've been trying to get my 20 pushups in a day. Work has been extra stressful in these times. Which means I should probably workout more.

What I thought about doing was using some of my morning time to do purging of stuff in the house. Clearing things away. In my head I tell myself because things are slower. However, they really aren't for me. I may still do some of that.

I think I will work on a calisthenics routine, with some exercises done throughout the day as well. As far as powerlifting goes I will not worry about competing during 2020. Maybe things will change by December, but I don't have a reason to push myself in that way.

Things are hard for many people right now. Hopefully we get through this as stronger individuals, families, communities, and as a society.

I'm going to figure out how to work more AND stay healthy!!!

KEEP GRINDING!!!

Stay strong Enrique! You do so much for everyone around you. I hope you're able to get your workouts going, to take good care of yourself and be able to better care for everyone around you.

You're welcome to borrow my truck sometime if you decide to clear stuff out of the house.

Wishing you all the best. Take care!

Thanks Roberto! I'm impressed by how you are figuring out how to maintain working out. Trying to actually take weekends off will hopefully help me get things moved around. I'll let you know about the truck. :)
