Not Done Yet!

Still working out 5-6 times a week. Working on my run time for a mile. 9 minutes 32 seconds is my current personal best. Lifting light and minimally. Still hitting the 100 or more push-ups a day.

I'll post actual workouts soon as that's one thing people like most it seems.

Wow, you're killing it Enrique. Looks as if you're in the middle of peak performance for 2019. Congratulations.

I'm back to squatting again after three months off. The knee issue cause me to avoid leg exercises, which allowed a past back injury to resurface. It was an ugly time, but grateful to get passed it and be back to 100%.

Hope all continues to go well with diet and exercise.

Glad you're squatting again! I know it's hard to take the time off.

I'm not 100% on my bicep. The rest of me feels pretty good. I'll see how things feel after some strength.
 
The biggest causes of bicep injuries are steroids type drug use or bad technique. Just saying
