Day 2, 2019

I made it to day 2 of the 100 push-ups!

I also did some cardio on the bike. Got to the 140 heart rate a few times and 150 a couple of times.

This is making me feel good. Made it through the snow to get to the gym and to work on time.

Feeling good and happy about it all. Still working on breath control.
