6/24/17 Check In
I've been keeping my diet low carb and feel pretty good about that.
My workout has been two sets of 12 this week.
Bench 95, Squats 105, and Deadlift 115.
Overhead press for one set of 30 and one set of 50.
Rows, Lat pulldowns, and abs machine on 70.
A nice light week. Still struggling to get good sleep.
