Post Easter Monday 2017

Weight is 142.4, up from 141.6 on Saturday. Sugar was 114, kind of high, and BP was 148/87 86 before meds.

I might go back to fasting 2 days a week to see if that will help with my fasting blood sugar.

Chest Press - 130, 135, 140
Flyes - 45, 50, 55
Rows - 90, 90, 90
Lat Pulldowns - 90, 90, 90
Side Shoulder Raise - 35, 35, 35
Overhead Press - 35, 35, 35
Shrugs 20, 25, 30
