Catching Up

Been an interesting  week off work. I did make some goals. I hit 165, and also 40 inches around my waist. I checked my Vo2 Max and it is 34.7.

My workout on Monday was:

Each set is 12 reps;
Leg Press 180, 180, 180
Abs machine 110, 110, 110
Back Extension 110, 110, 110
Lat Pulldown 80, 80, 80
Chest Press 80, 80, 80
Overhead Press 50, 50, 50
Rows 80, 85, 85

Wednesday:
Leg Press 180, 180, 180
Abs machine 110, 110, 110
Back Extension 110, 110, 110
Lat Pulldown 80, 85, 85
Chest Press 80, 80, 85
Overhead Press 50, 50, 50
Rows 80, 85, 90

Hope you're enjoying the vacation. How's the diet going while away from home? Are you eating healthy? Eating different foods?

I started a month long routine of 20 rep sets last week. It's not easy! I'm pushing myself to my limits though, and that feels good.


 
Since I was on a "staycation" it has been fairly easy to stay on diet. The alternate day fasting makes that easy as well. I'll keep fasting 2-3 days a week until the March A1c retest.

Your workout sounds great. Going from sets of 20 to sets of 12 is a nice change. I may start a 3 day split in March and that will be a whole different challenge.
 
Haha! I really thought you were in Bora Bora! Hope you're adjusting back to work life in the healthiest way possible.
