2 Small Milestones

Fasting glucose was 80 mg/dL! A great number. Weight was 169.2 pounds. So two small milestones in one day. Blood pressure was 115/75 with 88 pulse, and waist was 41 1/2 inches.



I also made a log for health stats like those above, and one for my workout. Today was HIIT on the bike and I'm up to 4 on the resistance during the sprint portion. These pictures will go into the progress pics. Next pictures will be of when I get to 41 inches even, or below. Hopefully that doesn't become too often. Feel free to comment about that.

Great work Enrique. Have you been able to notice what you're doing the day before those where your glucose levels drop?

I'm off the muscle building routine and back to dropping fat. I'm excited to take the fat loss to a new level. We'll see how much I can get done doing the Carb Nite Solution. It's an ultra low carb plan where most days your keep the intake under 30g of carbs a day, but once a week, or less, end the day by eating lots of carbs for the last 6-8 hours. Probably not idea for those with diabetes, but I can send you copy of the book if you want to know more about it.
 
Thanks Roberto! It's usually a low stress day or related to fasting. At some point I'll have to do another full day of testing to see how I'm doing after meals.

I hope you do great! The high carb thing would be bad for me. I don't count calories so I don't know how many carbs I get. I know it's very low, mostly from salad, nuts, or beans. The book might be good to check out. Always more to learn.
