Fasting glucose was 106, weight was 172.6 again, and blood pressure was 118/76 with 76 heart rate.

Did the HIIT bike workout and lift tomorrow.

I'm working at figuring out how to build some momentum as I'm feel a small plateau. Waist is still 42. It is definitely a challenge to get all the easy support and I can see how I could have been more supportive to others in the past.
