Sept. 5, 2012

I walked about 45 minutes yesterday. Was hard but much better than it has been in a long time. 

My shoulder seems to be pulled from changing a tire. That's a drag... I will try to walk a lot today and then start lifting again next week. Jumping jacks in between other things will be helpful as well as crunches on days I'm not lifting. 

On another note - I read a great book Oppression: A Social Determinant of Health. It has led toward some interesting thoughts. Some which will end up becoming part of my non-work health education/promotion work.
