Working out with 125 for the big lifts and a range from 10 to 60 pounds for other lifts.
Starting to get some soreness. Workouts are still short because getting sleep is difficult.
Walking is going better and I'm trying to make sure I do some as much as I can.
I also ran across some information around hugs being good for your health. It may not seem related but it seems to be helping in other areas.
