Fighting a cold so no working out today. Did do the first two workouts of the week. Hopefully I'll be back on it Monday.

School is busy but going well. Work is also busy but I'm feeling like I'm staying on it. The personal and emotional stuff is really hard.

I'll have to keep at it.


What are doing for cardio? I find it helps me with stress release and energy level and maintaining (or losing) weight. Consider balancing your weight lifting with a day or two of cardio per week.
In times like these, the main thing is to take care of yourself. Keep lifting, keep playing music and spend time with friends. Your family needs you and in order for you to be there for them, you have to take care of you.
