Really rough weekend. Hope this week goes better. Still don't have permission to lift weights. Gonna keep walking.

Last week was a bad week for "progressives" -
Air America shut down...
Ted Kennedy's seat went Republican?
The candidate that didn't accept campaign finance reform for his election wants to counter the selling of our political system to corporations by the Supreme Court.
And even the banksters had a bad week.
