Worked out today. Did three sets of squats starting at 115, then 125, and 135. Did the same for bench, and then did 60, 70, 80 for sets of 20 on pulldowns. Did all of this as circuit. One set of squats, then bench, then pulldowns.

Then I did 5 sets of 20 crunches and 3 sets of light curls and 3 sets of light tricep pulldowns.

You know you are a gym geek when you are looking forward to the soreness!

I hope to have a light workout tomorrow, then house cleaning and a gig in the evening.
