Things are still tough. I'm mentally exhausted but know that things will be well.
Listened to the Obama speech last night. I still think that pushing up wages would do more than all of the unstimulating stimulus tax break baloney.

I agree. Tax cuts are meaningless for me. I can't afford to buy a house, so I have no major deductions, the kids being grown up and all. I get screwed on taxes, have less to spend, and still owe every year. It sucks. I'd much rather earn a bit more (because you know, 13 bucks a week is SO going to make a difference in my life. Not.)
