Squats 135x10; 225x10; 300x5 x5 x4 - was hard to go full range, gonna drop back down to lower weight and higher reps!

L curls 25x12; 50x10; 70x3 x3 60x5

Straight Leg Deadlift 50x10 x10 x10

L press 50x10; 70x10, 90x10 110x10

I'll be on the elliptical 20 minutes later in the afternoon.

Came in at 189.2
