Chest n Back workout

Bench - 135 x10, 185 x5, 200 x3 -x3 -x3
Lat Pull - 80 x10, 90 x10, 100 x8, 110 x6, 120 x1.5 (tried 2)

OK, running late or I would have done rows as well.

I'll do cardio at lunch...

KEEP LIFTING!!!
