2/24/06

Went for a jog yesterday. I'm planning to do my back workout today. My shoulder is a little tender, so I may change things around depending on how things feel after I start.

I may just take a week off of lifting and do extra running for awhile while I try get some bodyfat down.

I'll be running for sure over the weekend!!!
