Not Done Yet!
Still working out 5-6 times a week. Working on my run time for a mile. 9 minutes 32 seconds is my current personal best. Lifting light and minimally. Still hitting the 100 or more push-ups a day.
I'll post actual workouts soon as that's one thing people like most it seems.
