Blood Sugar Check In
Since I've gained weight it was suggested that I just check my fasting glucose.
Did my fasting blood test this morning and had an 85. Anything below 100 is good and when I had the 4.9 A1c outcome I was having morning tests of 105. So I'm feeling good.
