Work has been extra stressful and home has been more interesting than usual. Just continuing to walk more is helping out.

Starting to get some soreness. Workouts are still short because getting sleep is difficult.
Walking is going better and I'm trying to make sure I do some as much as I can.
I also ran across some information around hugs being good for your health. It may not seem related but it seems to be helping in other areas.
